While choosing the variant of specialized training program creation the Client provides to the developers an opportunity of practical material preliminary collection at working places of the employees, requiring activity optimization, as well as the time, necessary for the exclusive program development. Such training project is executed in 4 stages.
Stage 1. Involved observation.
For several working days the developers familiarize themselves with the Client's company business activity specifics, conduct interviews with key employees, observe the situation at working places.
Stage 2. Developing the exclusive program
Creating the exclusive training program at Customer's request, taking into account the problem zones, revealed at the stage of involved observation.
Stage 3. Training conduction
Stage 4. Processing and analyzing training results and preparing recommendations for Customer company HR Department or Top management on strengthening knowledge and skills in trained activity sphere.
